Masa Restaurant, located in İstinye Park, Turkey's most prestigious shopping mall, is nestled in the heart of its courtyard and surrounded by the most renowned high-end brands. As an urban brasserie, Masa serves as a central meeting point and a delightful retreat for shoppers, making it the perfect place to gather throughout the day, with each hour offering a unique culinary experience to a diverse range of visitors.

Reflecting the artistic passion of the Özkanca family, the carefully curated artworks in front of the root veneer panels add depth to the space. With regular updates, the collection continues to inspire and engage art enthusiasts.

Recently redesigned by Wangan, the space seamlessly blends contemporary and traditional influences, further enhancing its appeal. Lush green wooden surfaces introduce a fresh, modern flair, while the root veneer wall panels honor the restaurant’s rich heritage, preserving a strong connection to its origins. Crafted by local glass artisans using the glass fusion technique, the pendants and sconces create a welcoming atmosphere, blending modern form with vintage craftsmanship and offering a tactile connection to the past. These elements beautifully illuminate the elevated wine cellar, enhancing its allure.

The outdoor area, surrounded by a landscape-oriented design, creates the feeling of dining within a garden. The layout is divided through partitioning and leveling, with natural terracotta floors complementing the earthy, organic feel of the space. Lush greenery is thoughtfully integrated, adding a natural element that softens the overall aesthetic and reinforces the connection between the interior and exterior environments.

Transparent, off-white wrought iron separators create circular niches behind the tables, offering privacy to those who seek it, while the elevated ground level allows guests to observe the vibrant atmosphere of the courtyard. These elements enhance the visual flow and preserve an open, interconnected ambiance throughout the space.
