The new architectural and interior design of Kaya Palazzo Ski & Mountain Resort, the first tourist accommodation of Kartalkaya Ski Resort whose organic structure was built in the 1980s, was entirely designed by Wangan Studio. Located at an altitude of 2000 meters and created as a wooden structure using steel construction on a fully reinforced concrete structure, the building is also particularly significant because it is Wangan's first architectural project.

A pair of skis are the ultimate transportation to freedom.

With a total enclosed area of 3.800 square meters, the first floor of the two-story building houses private dining rooms as well as technical spaces such as staff quarters, preparation kitchens, and a garage while the lounge area that welcomes guests on the upper floor houses four different restaurants: Develi, Serafina, Inari, and Palazzo Steakhouse.

Located at an altitude of 2.000 meters and created as a wooden structure using steel construction on a fully reinforced concrete structure, the building is also particularly significant because it is Wangan's first architectural project.

With a ceiling height of 8.5 meters and an architectural design in the form of a hipped roof, the hotel is reminiscent of a mountain lodge and, with its ski slopes accessible during the day from the lounge floor, offers a unique service for those who do not want to give up winter sports. The natural black foil structure of the wood paneling made of oak on the walls and the use of parquet in the form of a weave of the same tree on the floor stand out from among the decorative items. The 2.8-meter canopies, which extend from the inside to the outside and are wrapped with hidden spotlights, contribute to the illumination of all facades and stand out with their structure that emphasise the integrity of the building.

The lounge floor, which can be accessed via a sculptural staircase at the entrance of the parking level when the floors close at 5 p.m. and transforms into a large party area after dinner, offers guests a visual architectural experience with its unique and sophisticated design.

The iconic fireplace in the center of this area, which attracts attention with its rustic details, and the lodges positioned around it create the most valued and enjoyable points of the project.
