Core Responsibilities

1.   Communications

• This is a role for someone who thinks in stories and wants to help shape how Wangan shows up in the world.

• You’ll support our social presence, project launches, and the everyday life of the studio, helping turn ideas, moments, and processes into content, while contributing to the studio’s wider communications calendar and key brand moments throughout the year.

• The role is a hands-on communications role, working closely with the founders and design team. It includes helping keep the website and portfolio updated, supporting press outreach and media pitching, contributing to project launches and photoshoots, and keeping track of awards, competitions, fairs, conferences, and other relevant industry moments.

• We’re open to someone earlier in their career, as long as they bring curiosity, strong instincts, and a real interest in content, design, and creative work.

Profile

• Have 1–2 years of experience in communications, content, social media, or a creative studio environment

• Are genuinely curious about design, architecture, culture, and the creative industries

• Have a strong interest in content creation and how brands communicate visually and verbally

• Follow design, architecture, culture, and the creative industries with curiosity

• Know your way around social platforms and understand what makes content work

• Are comfortable with Adobe tools, able to create short-form video, and open to learning new tools

• Are organised, proactive, and eager to develop

• Communicate fluently in Turkish and English

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services within advertising, branding, creative, PR, or design agencies, or in-house at brands across hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or fashion.

• Serves as the main point of contact for Brand Studio clients, managing day-to-day communication, expectations, and project flow.

• Skilled in translating client needs into clear and actionable briefs, coordinating strategy, design, content, and art direction teams.

• Responsible for timelines, budgets, deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution from briefing to launch.

• Experienced in preparing presentations, proposals, project updates, and reporting.

• Comfortable managing multiple clients and multi-disciplinary creative projects simultaneously.

• A broad cultural curiosity and interest across art & culture, design, hospitality, gastronomy, fashion, travel, and creative fields.

Note: Position can be based in Paris or Istanbul. English and Turkish fluency essential.

• 2–4 years of experience in editorial content, cultural programming, creative production, or brand communications, either within agencies or in-house at brands across lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, or retail.

• Exceptional writing skills in English and Turkish, able to craft refined, concept-driven copy for Brand Studio clients across web, social media, print, and campaign materials.

• Skilled in developing brand narratives, editorial direction, and messaging frameworks aligned with each client’s brand world.

• Ability to produce content across multiple formats: social media, websites, newsletters, printed publications, presentations, and branded content.

• Able to act as a creative producer, supporting bookings, coordinating commissions, managing deliverables, and ensuring smooth production workflows for content and programming projects.

• Experienced in creating ideas for events, talks, workshops, activations, and cultural programming, viewing them as part of an integrated storytelling ecosystem.

• Strong research and cultural insight across art, design, architecture, gastronomy, fashion, wellness, and broader creative landscapes.

• Broad cultural curiosity and the ability to translate diverse interests into meaningful content ideas.

Note: Position can be based in Paris or Istanbul. English and Turkish fluency essential.

• 4–6 years of experience in branding, creative studios, or agencies working across lifestyle, hospitality, luxury, or retail sectors.

• Proven ability to build brands from scratch, developing complete visual identity systems and adapting them across digital, print, and physical applications.

• Strong experience in both digital design (social media assets, web layouts, campaigns) and print/editorial design (magazines, books, brochures, brand publications).

• Ability to lead full creative processes for Brand Studio clients, from concept development to final execution, shaping campaign concepts, visual narratives, and cohesive 360° brand worlds.

• Strong understanding of social media formats and strategies, creating concepts that perform effectively across digital channels.

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to integrate cultural and design trends into fresh, relevant creative ideas.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Motion/animation skills are a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Turkish.

• A broad cultural curiosity and interest across art & culture, design, hospitality, gastronomy, fashion, travel, and creative fields.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in design studios

• Mastered in 3D, 2D and rendering softwares

• Open-minded, driven, interdisciplinary thinking and self motivating

• Independent, reliable and structured work approach and excellent teaming qualities

• High design and technical drawing skills

• Fluent in English and Turkish

• Excellent communication and argumentation skills, both in writing and speaking

• Enthusiastic for innovative design thinking and worldwide implementation

• Ability in tracking the manufacture phases

• At least 5 years of site and manufactory experience

• Mastered in budgeting and cost control

• Experienced in planning, organization and allowance

• High skills on managing and controlling the site team

• Independent, reliable, punctual and structured work approach and excellent teaming qualities

• High technical drawing skills

• Fluent in English and Turkish

• Excellent communication and argumentation skills, both in writing and speaking

• Type B driving license

• At least 4 years of professional experience in design studios

• Mastered in 3D, 2D and rendering softwares

• Open-minded, driven, interdisciplinary thinking and self-motivating

• Independent, reliable and structured work approach and excellent teaming qualities

• High design and technical drawing skills

• Fluent in English and Turkish

• Excellent communication and argumentation skills, both in writing and speaking

• Enthusiastic for innovative design thinking and worldwide implementation

• At least 5 years of professional experience in design studios

• Mastered in 2D softwares

• Experienced in team management and leadership

• Open-minded, driven, interdisciplinary thinking and self motivating

• High design and technical drawings skills
